CTI論壇(ctiforum)11月3日消息（記者 楊佳林）：根據Global Industry Analysts, Inc. 2010研究報告指出, 語音識別每兩年的復合成長率(CAGR)為97.7%, 其中美, 加占65%。以2007年的IVR銷售營業(yè)額而言, 具有語音識別功能的IVR系統(tǒng)已占有的1/3的比例, 顯示出語音識別系統(tǒng)已逐漸取代瀪復的IVR系統(tǒng)，提供一步到位的服務。
