1.1 Specifications
1.1.1 Input
The input consists of YUV 4:2:0 raw video frames.
1.1.2 Output
The output consists of a H.264 baseline profile compliant bitstream. The encoder code outputs
NAL packets and there is an option to indicate whether to output the start-code bytes (for Annex
B byte-stream format), by setting the bOutputPictureStartCode parameter flag (see Section
1.4.2).
The packet output has the following features:
