Technical Consultant - Computer Telephony

Envox , is today the leading provider of Communications Development Platform for the enterprise and public network . As part of its growth in Asia Pacific, we are now looking for a talented Technical Consultant to join our team based in Beijing.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding support and service to our partners in China.

The responsibilities are:

• Providing technical support via email and phone
• Provide Envox partners with technical advise on development of applications using Envox. This would entail development and testing of integration between Envox and Speech enabling technologies like Text to Speech & Auto Speech Recognition.
• Conduct hands on training for Envox partners on an on going basis
• Actively work on pre-sales technical demonstrations together with the technical sales manager.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 years experience as a Programmer or Developer.
• At least 2 years experience in working on Computer Telephony applications such as IVR, CTI or Call Centres .
• Knowledge of Computer Telephony development tools and programming languages such as C, C++ or Visual Basic.
• Excellent verbal & presentation skills

• 良好的表達和演講技巧。
• 英語口語良好。
