  EDIFY提供界面友好的圖形化矩陣式開(kāi)發(fā)平臺Workforce Application Builder,支持豐富的字符運算、拖動(dòng)編輯,可跟蹤進(jìn)入子函數的單步調試工具,支持中文編輯和圖形樹(shù)狀菜單設計。

  EDIFY提供界面友好的圖形化管理監控平臺Workforce Administrator,可以對語(yǔ)音端口、傳真端口、TTS端口、ASR端口、數據庫應用、DLL資源占用、性能分析等多種信息進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監控。


  EDIFY的CTI策略

  EDIFY與世界主流CTI產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了基于產(chǎn)品級的底層集成,提供圖形化的集成開(kāi)發(fā)接口界面。同時(shí),EDIFY還開(kāi)放接口,支持所有基于行業(yè)標準的CTI產(chǎn)品,而且世界主流的CTI產(chǎn)品(如Genesys、Cisco ICM等)都主動(dòng)為EDIFY提供了專(zhuān)用的接口。

  與交換機/PBX系統的整合

  EDIFY的IVR系統,可以提供豐富的與交換機系統相連的接口,具備強大的電話(huà)轉接(IVR轉座席、座席轉IVR)的功能。EDIFY的IVR系統,能夠支持所有類(lèi)型的PBX,如:AVAYA、Nortel、Alcatel、Siemens、3Com、Harris(哈里斯)、華為等,完全可以實(shí)現和國內外多種交換機系統的互聯(lián)互通。

  此外,EDIFY的IVR系統能夠廣泛支持電信系統及協(xié)議Analog、E1、T1、ISDN PRI、Line Side、Euro ISDN、QSIG、DPNSS、E&M Wink、OPS、SS7等等。并且,EDIFY 完全支持 NMS MVIP, H.100, CT Access 架構,包括Single、Dual和Quad T1/E1。

  與數據庫系統的整合

  支持ODBC的數據庫訪(fǎng)問(wèn)方式、支持終端仿真方式存取主機系統(HOST/MAINFRAME)的數據。同時(shí)還支持通過(guò)DLL、COM、DCOM(ActiveX)、XML、VXML等方式訪(fǎng)問(wèn)其它系統的數據。支持的數據庫包括Sybase、 Oracle、 SQL Server、IBM DB/2、Informix、Microsoft Access等。

  與主機系統的整合

  EDIFY支持所有類(lèi)型(如IBM3270.5250、TN3270.5250、DEC VT320等)的基于主機數據系統。
  
  與中間件的整合

  EDIFY的IVR平臺支持與多類(lèi)型主機及中間件的整合。EDIFY與IBM Websphere的整合可用Client模式或Server模式。

  與錄音系統的整合

  EDIFY的IVR系統,可以提供豐富的與錄音系統之間的接口。EDIFY的IVR系統,能夠支持幾乎全球所有類(lèi)型的CTI中間件平臺所能支持的錄音系統,如: NICE、Voicelink、Verint、Wintess、FDS、EYRETEL、MERCOM、友鄰、宇高等。

  完備的報表功能

  EDIFY系統內置了常用的報表。EDIFY的常用內置報表提供了系統運行的基本信息,同時(shí),也允許用戶(hù)基于報表通用開(kāi)發(fā)工具(如:Crystal Report),來(lái)建立個(gè)性化的業(yè)務(wù)報表。

  語(yǔ)音合成(TTS)功能

  EDIFY內嵌了國際領(lǐng)先的ScanSoft(L & H)TTS,無(wú)須任何集成,可直接進(jìn)行具體業(yè)務(wù)流程的開(kāi)發(fā)。此外,還可以通過(guò)DLL調用或SAPI的方式和國內外主流的TTS系統進(jìn)行集成,包括:科大訊飛、捷通華聲、炎黃新星、Nuance、SpeechWorks、Philip等,支持SAP15.1(Speech Application Programming Interface)的TTS。

  自動(dòng)語(yǔ)音識別(ASR)功能

  EDIFY內嵌了國際領(lǐng)先的Nuance公司的ASR,無(wú)須任何集成,可直接進(jìn)行具體業(yè)務(wù)流程的開(kāi)發(fā)。除此之外,還可以通過(guò)DLL調用或SAPI的方式和國內外主流的ASR系統進(jìn)行集成,如SpeechWorks、Infotalk等。

  先進(jìn)的VoIP功能

  EDIFY平臺與VoIP技術(shù)的整合,在分布式的多點(diǎn)呼叫中心的環(huán)境下,可支持兩種VoIP連接模式:

  A.直接與VoIP網(wǎng)絡(luò )連接;
  B.通過(guò)基于IP的PBX與VoIP網(wǎng)絡(luò )連接。

  EDIFY自然語(yǔ)言(ENL)是EDIFY在自然語(yǔ)言理解領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)先技術(shù)。ENL采用一種很強的人工智能去判斷客戶(hù)的意圖和闡明一個(gè)詳細的自動(dòng)化的響應回復,并支持語(yǔ)音打斷。

  EDIFY Wireless擴展了真實(shí)的自動(dòng)化客戶(hù)服務(wù)到全世界數百萬(wàn)的無(wú)線(xiàn)設備上面。支持無(wú)線(xiàn)標準和協(xié)議,允許企業(yè)有效利用EDIFY平臺的強大功能,能夠和其他VCSR組件無(wú)縫交互,同時(shí),也支持短消息服務(wù),允許無(wú)線(xiàn)設備用戶(hù)編輯短消息,并且在無(wú)線(xiàn)設備或者其它接收者之間“即時(shí)”發(fā)送短消息。

  客戶(hù)反饋和分析(CFA)功能

  CFA的分析引擎根據大量的數據提供精確、客觀(guān)的統計分析。

  CFA由三個(gè)主要組件組成:

  C.CFA分析引擎。

  動(dòng)態(tài)菜單功能

  按統計方式生成或由用戶(hù)撥打進(jìn)IVR系統后進(jìn)行定制動(dòng)態(tài)菜單,從而實(shí)現一定程度上的個(gè)性化和動(dòng)態(tài)化的服務(wù)。例如:無(wú)效菜單項屏蔽、菜單項提示順序、動(dòng)態(tài)菜單樹(shù)等。
